The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer, making it easy for me to prepare my own meals. Plus, having free Wi-Fi in all rooms was a huge bonus!

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too cold for my liking. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others would appreciate it, especially during hotter days.

I had a fantastic stay in Cannes at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. There were plenty of great restaurants in the area, making it easy to find a delicious meal in the evenings. The room was very comfortable and had a nice design. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. Plus, there was a supermarket nearby for convenience.

Nothings. The only minor inconvenience was that it was a bit difficult to reach the hotel while carrying heavy luggages since it is a pedestrian area.

the location is absolutely perfect, right in the center and close to the promenade and beach activities. the property is clean, well-presented, and offers a studio with all the necessary amenities. As a young family of four, we found it compact but comfortable for a short break. The nearby bazaar and Park Haus provide convenient options for shopping and parking. Cons: No issues with my stay at all! 😊.

I got excellent value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, well-presented, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was amazing, close to markets, the harbor, and the old city. The staff, especially the family son who gave me the keys and showed me the room, were very pleasant and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel for a short weekend break with my family of four. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything in Cannes. loved the central location, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. Staff were amazing and spoke multiple languages. Clean facilities with great AC and a dishwasher. Plenty of amenities provided. exceeded our expectations for a perfect stay in Cannes.

I recently stayed at Residence Bouttau By Connexion in Cannes during a transit through the city. One of the best features of this hotel is its location. Situated near the Cannes train station, it was incredibly convenient for me to access the hotel, and later resume my journey. the fact that the nearest airport is only 20 km away is a major perk for travelers looking for a quick and easy commute.

While my stay at Residence Bouttau was overall pleasant, there was one minor issue that I encountered. In the room, I noticed that there was not a comforter or blanket provided.
